Selected work

Different projects, each shaped by its purpose.

A personal portfolio, a community home, and a Discord and Minecraft integration application. These are independent projects I designed and built.

Community Website

StoneHavenSMP — Community Website & Staff Portal

A community website and web application I built for the Minecraft community I run, with searchable guides, live event listings, and a private staff knowledge base.

Working directly with me

One developer, from first conversation to launch.

Olson Technology Solutions is just me. That means a more personal process, fewer handoffs, and someone who understands your project from start to finish.

  • You talk to the person building it

There is no account manager in the middle. When you have a question or an idea, it comes straight to me, and you hear back from the person who actually knows the code.

  • Shaped around your audience and purpose

I start with who the website is for and what it needs to do, then make design and technical decisions that serve those goals instead of fitting you into a template.

  • Clear scope, with room for feedback

We agree on what is being built before work begins, and you will see progress along the way so you can weigh in while changes are still easy to make.

  • Built with the future in mind

I think about how the site will be updated and how it might grow, so adding a page or a feature later does not mean starting over.

Process

A straightforward way to work together.

Every project is different, but most follow these four stages. Timing depends on scope and is agreed during planning.

  1. 1

    Discuss

We talk through your goals, your audience, and what the project needs to do. An early idea is plenty to start with.

  2. 2

    Plan

We agree on scope, priorities, and design direction, so we both know what is being built and why.

  3. 3

    Build

I develop the website or application, with review checkpoints so you can see progress and share feedback.

  4. 4

    Launch

We review the finished work together and prepare it for release, making sure you know how things fit together.

About

Hi, I'm Gage.

I'm an independent developer with a B.S. in Cybersecurity. I enjoy building websites, applications, and community tools that are genuinely useful to the people who rely on them.

I started Olson Technology Solutions to help individuals, businesses, and communities get websites that fit what they are actually trying to do, built by someone they can talk to directly.
